With direct access from the bottom of the hotel’s garden, take a walk along the Norfolk Coastal path and you will discover timeless villages of flint cottages steeped in maritime history, some of the finest salt marshes and sand dunes in Europe and famous nature reserves such as Holme Dunes, Scolt Head, Blakeney and Cley Marshes.
The Norfolk coastline is a designated area of outstanding beauty, internationally renowned for its prolific bird life with RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham both within easy reach.
As you may expect from Norfolk, sharp ascents and descents are not a problem – the coastal path is the perfect route for a leisurely walk or a more serious trek!
Even in high season you may find that you can have long stretches through marsh, coast and pine forest all to yourself.
